Technical Textiles & Laminating Facility

Zervi has a new facility and new company called ‘ZerviTek’ with the aim of becoming a premium and technical textile manufacturing and lamination facility. This facility processes raw materials from their base form, receiving neoprene ‘buns’ and then slicing - also known as ‘skiving’ - them and laminating in-house. It also provides lamination services of technical textiles in a multitude of compositions, to develop proprietary and state of the art materials, unlike anything else being offered on the global market.
By setting up an in-house laminating facility, Zervi is able to control the process and quality of any laminated materials combinations to serve any particular market segment and customer requirements.
ZerviTek offers the highest quality materials and technical textiles, allowing Zervi to service a multitude of industries including transport, medical, food, marine and military.
By controlling raw materials and textiles from the earliest stage, and controlling every facet and stage of production and manufacturing up to the distribution and retail, Zervi can have a fully vertical operation, resulting in the highest quality at the most competitive price point.
